M & K Climatecare is a Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) contractor focusing on the residential business. Started in 1983 by Mike and Heather Norton, the company has always focused on the service requirements of customers. M & K has grown steadily. We relocated to a larger building at 28 Adelaide Street South in 2002 in order to grow our business and help us provide even better service to you, our customers. We employ the most highly skilled and experienced mechanics in the industry. Some of our employees carry three different trade certified licenses. M & K feels we have an obligation to train new mechanics for the future but apprentices are never dispatched to jobs without a trained professional until they are fully qualified and licensed to meet our expectations for providing 100% satisifaction to our customers We maintain our relationships with our suppliers, employees and customers in a traditional friendly family atmosphere by treating everyone with honesty and respect. We believe that one of our strengths is our size. We do not answer to a corporate head office; WE ARE the head office. Being the decision maker allows us to be flexible to our individual customer needs. Our size of company means that we know every customer is important while at the same time we are able to provide 24 hour service coverage in addition to a full range of residential products and programs, not only to previous customers but to first time callers We service and sell heating and cooling products to give you a more comfortable home.
