 Furnace Check: - these are a few checks included in our 60 point FURNACE inspection

  • Clean and vacuum burners, ignition device, flame safety and burner enclosure
  • Measure rate of gas consumption and compare with manufacturers rating
  • Check for Carbon Monoxide in circulating air from furnace and also in free air to house
  • Check for gas leaks on all visible gas piping in furnace room
  • Clean exterior furnace cabinet

Air Conditioner Check:-these are a few checks included in our 60 point AIR CONDITIONER inspection

  • Wash condenser coil using a commercial cleaning solution
  • Check clearances on condensing unit for proper air flow and access for service
  • Check for excessive air leaks around indoor coil
  • Check electrical resistance through thermostat and calibration
  • Wax enamel finish to outdoor unit

Boiler Check:-these are a few checks included in our 60 point BOILER inspection

  • Clean and vacuum burners, ignition device, flame safety and burner enclosure
  • Check ignition and combustion characteristics of main burners
  • Check for excessive temperature rise to determine if boiler has circulation problems
  • Check for gas leaks on all visible gas piping in boiler room

Fireplace Check:- these are a few checks included in our 60 point FIREPLACE inspection

  • Clean and vacuum burners, ignition device, flame safety and burner enclosure
  • Measure rate of gas combustion and compare with manufacturers rating
  • Check for Carbon Monoxide in circulating air from fireplace and also in free air to house
  • Check for gas leaks on all visible gas piping in fireplace room
  • Clean fireplace glass
